5-05 Front mounted battery is part of the later design revision.
5-06, 07, 08, 09 All vairation on the theme above. you can see at the "back" of the hood is the opening for the fresh air scoop on the front of the hood, which mates to the opening on the body at the base of the windshield valence, center. Also notice the more complex remote-servo braking system. This was also part of the design revision.
5-10 This is the gas cap on the passenger side. Also part of the design revision to help the balance of the car. This is why the battery is in the front. It used to be where this gas tank is. (See the pics of the #2 car)
5-11 Apparently the body tooling was already made, so the drivers side has a gas door, but no tank....
